A Magical Stay at The Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre

Come along with us on our Disney adventure in Orlando! We started our magical journey by checking into the enchanting Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre at 8501 Palm Parkway, Orlando. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Disney touches welcomed us, setting the perfect tone for our family getaway. While I checked in, the kids played hopscotch and got excited about our time at Disney. If you need help booking tickets for the theme parks, the hotel can also assist you in purchasing tickets!

 A Spacious Retreat for Families

Our excitement peaked as we explored our 2 Queen Suite with a pullout couch. With five people in tow, having two rooms ensured we never felt cramped. Ryder was delighted to have his TV to escape from "the girl's shows," the charming table and kitchen area were perfect for our snacks and to keep our drinks cold. The room even featured a large beverage cooler and microwave, making our stay convenient and comfortable. The recent multi-million dollar remodel truly elevated every aspect of the hotel. The view from our balcony, overlooking a pond and fountain, was spectacular. I loved sitting outside in the mornings, having a peaceful moment to myself before all the kids got up and we started our day.

Convenient Location for Theme Park Enthusiasts

After a quick check-in and freshening up, we headed to the nearby Magic Kingdom to soak in the festive Christmas decorations. The Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre is strategically located close to Disney parks, just 10-20 minutes away by car, depending on which park you’re heading to. The complimentary shuttle service added a layer of convenience, whisking us to and from the parks (check with the front desk for a current bus schedule & pro tip: snap a pic so you’ll always have the info you need).

Poolside Bliss and Patio Perfection

Our non-park day at The Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre was a true delight! Starting our mornings with a sumptuous buffet filled with delectable offerings sets the tone for the day. Our breakfast cravings were fully satisfied, from Mickey waffles to eggs, bacon, and more. And the bonus of Starbucks in the lobby allowed us to enjoy our favorite coffee without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

With my coffee in hand, we explored the newly renovated patio, complete with comfy seating, cornhole, cabanas, and a pool table. The on-site gym tempted us, but the pool won our hearts.

The kids had a blast on the slide and attempted to outsmart the giant water bucket dump, creating cherished memories. The patio chairs and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for the adults to unwind, catch up on work, and enjoy the Florida sun.

There’s also a huge screen where they show movies or sports games! How fun to be swimming and relaxing while enjoying a show!

                      Rest and Relaxation

As we basked in the glory of the pool and patio, a gentle reminder echoed: plan a rest day for your Disney trip. Our feet thanked us, and the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre was the ideal place for a resort day. The magic of @courtyardlakebv extended happiness beyond the parks, creating an unforgettable experience for our family.
